Body Circuit

BODYCIRCUIT™ dramatically increases your fitness and endurance levels. Machine weights and cardio-athletic aerobics combine to bring you a class that tones and defines muscles with amazing speed.  This is one high-energy workout that comes with a warning - you are definitely going to sweat!

BODYCIRCUIT™ uses machine weights and sometimes hand held dumb bells as well. The weights used on each machine are generally light as the idea is to complete a high number of repetitions, 15 - 20, on each.

BODYCIRCUIT™ is the perfect Group Fitness class for the sports person aiming at cross-training.  With an awesome cardio workout made up of many different simple exercises and the low weight / high repetition weight training you will increase your fitness while gaining muscle stamina & tone. This is also a fabulous Group Fitness class for anyone with limited time to spend at the gym as you get a whole body workout in just 55 minutes.
